ONBOARDING PROCESS
You will need to provide details about your business structure, including the type of entity (e.g., LLC, Corporation, Sole Proprietorship), Employer Identification Number (EIN), business license number, and any applicable trade license numbers, to verify your business's legal standing and compliance with local regulations. In the Insurance Information section, gather your policy documents, including policy numbers, providers, and expiration dates for Workmen’s Compensation, General Liability, and Professional Liability insurance, and if applicable, have your bonding information ready, including the bonding company, bond number, and bond expiration date, to ensure you have the necessary coverage to work on our projects safely.
For the Tax Information section, upload a completed W-9 form and provide your Social Security Number. In the Compliance and Safety section, provide details of any OSHA training you have completed, including specific training courses, as well as any safety certifications you hold. Having all this information on hand will help you complete the questionnaire efficiently and ensure that we can onboard you quickly and in compliance with all relevant regulations.
